Recipe Notes
In a bowl, add the soy sauce, rice vine vinegar, diced ginger-garlic, honey and mix thoroughly. Season with salt accordingly.
In a deep dish, take the salmon fillets, and make some cuts to it, this is so that the salmon soaks in the marinade.
Now pour the marinade all over the salmon. cover and refrigerate for about 20-30 mins.
Heat oven to 200C and oven cook the salmon for about 20 minutes. Apply some drops of oil on the salmon before cooking.
Serve the salmon with asparagus and spring onions and optionally with sticky rice.
