For the marinade, in a bowl add the creme fraiche or Greek yogurt, curry powder, paprika powder, garam masala powder(optional), chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Apply the marinade all over the salmon fillets, make it a thick coating by spooning on the marinade onto the salmon.
Cook the salmon in oven for about 25-30 mins, until the tops of the salmon are brownish.
Serve the salmon alongside the Curry Dip, asparagus and mash.
