Ingredients
  • 2 Salmon filletsboneless
  • 4tbsp creme fraiche or Greek yogurt
  • 1-2tsp mild curry powder
  • 2tsp Coriander leaves +stems – washed & cleaned
  • 1tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2tsp garam masala powderoptional
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to Taste
  • vegetable oil
Curry Dip
  • 4tbsp creme fraiche or Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp mild curry powder
  • 1/2tsp srirache sauce
  • 1tsp sweet chilli sauce

Tandoori Salmon

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. For the marinade, in a bowl add the creme fraiche or Greek yogurt, curry powder, paprika powder, garam masala powder(optional), chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Apply the marinade all over the salmon fillets, make it a thick coating by spooning on the marinade onto the salmon.
  5. Cook the salmon in oven for about 25-30 mins, until the tops of the salmon are brownish.
  6. Serve the salmon alongside the Curry Dip, asparagus and mash.

Curry Dip

  1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients – creme fraiche or Greek yogurt and the sauces.
  2. Mix thoroughly and serve with Tandoori Salmon.
