Recipe Notes
Wash and core the strawberries, halve the strawberry and then make thin slices.
Heat the wraps based on the manufacturers instructions, you want them soft. If you are using fresh rotis, you don’t have to re-heat. If you are using stale rotis, then simply sprinkle a few drops of water on the rotis and then re-heat on a warm pan.
Apply a generous amount of peanut butter on one side of the wraps/rotis.
Place the wraps/rotis onto a plate, then arrange the sliced strawberries so that it covers the entire area.
Next neatly roll the wraps/rotis by making sure that you tuck the strawberries in every time you roll.
