Ingredients

fresh figs
stems removed and slice half lengthwise
50-60
gms
Goats cheese
honey
1
teaspoon
Lemon juice
1-2
slices
Serrano Ham
optional

sprig
fresh thyme

Recipe Notes
Preheat an oven to 180°C.
Take some goats cheese and sandwich it into the fig. (Add a thin slice of Serrano Ham and a thyme sprig as well – optional)
Roast the figs on a baking tray in the oven for about 15 mins.
In a bowl, take the honey and squeeze some lemon juice into it and mix well.
After 15 mins in the oven, drizzle the figs with the honey dressing.
Plate the figs and enjoy.
