Ingredients
  • 2cups whole milk
  • 170ml condensed milk can
  • 410ml evaporated milk can
  • 2tsp green cardamon powder or 3 crushed green cardamoms
  • 4tbsp charoli or Chironji seedsoptional
  • 4tbsp sliced almonds
  • Few strands of Saffron
Recipe Notes
  1. In a deep heavy bottomed pan, pour the whole milk and heat on a low-medium flame.
  2. Once the milk boils, pour in the condensed milk and the evaporated milk. Stir to bring everything together.
  3. Keep stirring to ensure the milk doesn’t catch.
  4. Sprinkle the cardamom powder and the sliced almonds and the charoli seeds.
  5. Stir constantly until you see the mixture looses its milk like consistency and becomes a little thicker.
  6. Take off the heat.
  7. Cool and serve.
