Roasted Figs and Goats Cheese with a Honey Dressing
Sweet figs against the sharpness of goats cheese and a lemony honey dressing bringing everything together

Ingredients
  • 2-4 fresh figsstems removed and slice half lengthwise
  • 50-60gms Goats cheese
  • honey
  • 1teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1-2slices Serrano Hamoptional
  • 1sprig fresh thymeoptional
Recipe Notes
  1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
  2. Take some goats cheese and sandwich it into the fig. (Add a thin slice of Serrano Ham and a thyme sprig as well – optional)
  3. Roast the figs on a baking tray in the oven for about 15 mins.
  4. In a bowl, take the honey and squeeze some lemon juice into it and mix well.
  5. After 15 mins in the oven, drizzle the figs with the honey dressing.
  6. Plate the figs and enjoy.
