Ingredients

Bread Slices
Preferably white, but feel free to use any type of bread
2
spring onions
finely chopped
1
green chilli
finely chopped
2-3
tbsp
coriander
leaves and stems, finely chopped
1
cup
cheddar cheese
grated, use a strong cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to Taste
Recipe Notes
Heat the grill to medium.
In a bowl, add the grated cheese, chopped spring onions, green chillies, chopped coriander and mix everything well.
Sprinkle some salt and a little pepper into the mixture, and give it all a toss.
Take the slices of bread and sprinkle the cheese mixture liberally over the bread slices.
Grill the slices of bread until the cheese has melted and slightly brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or with
coriander chutney
